The Outside Center Lines tool is provided for creating center lines between polygons.
A typical example of the tool application would be creating street lines between lots or building polygons. Using minimum and maximum cutoff distance parameters you can avoid unnecessary center lines across squares, parking areas and narrow streets or footpaths.
